Death Before Me

Once i had that wish,
but i'm just simply childish.
The warning has been given..
..an accident happened.
Not for me..
no death this time.

As then i realized,
it was a gift i've never recognized.
I should've been grateful..
..instead of being wishful.
I'm still okay..
my life is fine.
