Been here for a while,

watching people pass and go.

Waiting for you.

Do you know it's cold out here?

Do you know it's cold to be alone?

Been here for a while,

and I can still feel the chill on my barefoot.

and the raindrops fall.

feeling abandoned and lonely.

But the pavement is not so cold anymore.
